All sales are final. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.

We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:
- Item arrived damaged
- Incorrect item was received

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, scent preference, or opened products.
